HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd board to announce Q1 FY2020-21 results on July 21, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/07/2020, to consider and approve the audited standalone financial results and un-audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.
The window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from July 1, 2020 up to July 23, 2020 (both days inclusive) for all the Designated Persons including their Immediate Relatives and Promoters of the Company, etc.
