OM Metals Infraprojects Ltd Board approves Dividend for FY2020

The Board of Directors of OM Metals Infraprojects Ltd in its meeting held today on 30.06.2020, has Recommended a dividend of 0.20 (Rupees) per equity share of Face value of Rs. 1 each for the financial year 2019-20, subject to the approval of members in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
