Sinclairs Hotels Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.80 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Sinclairs Hotels Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2020, has recommended a dividend of 40% i.e. Rs. 0.80 per equity share of Rs. 2 each fully paid up for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to approval by members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
