Whirlpool of India Ltd Board approves Dividend for FY2020

The Board of Directors of Whirlpool of India Ltd at its meeting held today have recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each (50%) for the financial year 2019-20. Dividend, if approved by the shareholders will be paid on or before 05th September, 2020.

The Register and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed for payment of Dividend from 01 st August, 2020 to 07th August, 2020 (both days inclusive).

Shares of WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2111.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2069.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3630 in over 779 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2134.95 and intraday low of 2073.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7627113.
