Urja Global Ltd Board to consider Rights Issue of equity shares

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Urja Global Ltd will be held on June 27, 2020, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results for the quarter & year ended on March 31, 2020.

The board will consider a proposal to issue equity shares to existing shareholders on Rights basis, as may be permitted under applicable law, subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals, as may be required.
