Kaycee Industries Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 30

The Board of Directors of Kaycee Industries Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended payment of final dividend of Rs. 30/- (Rupee Thirty Per Share Only) per equity share of Rs. 100/- each of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
