Prism Johnson Ltd board approves raising Rs. 50 crores through NCDs

The Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today considered and approved raising of funds through issue of Unsecured, Redeemable, Listed, Taxable, Non-convertible Debentures, Tranche - XVI (NCDs) of face value of Rs. 10,00,000/-, aggregating Rs. 50 Crores on private placement basis.

Shares of Prism Johnson Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.34.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 34.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31880 in over 319 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 35.15 and intraday low of 33.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1102408.
