Aditya Birla Fashion And Retail Ltd board to announce Q4, FY20 results, fund raising on May 27, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Fashion And Retail Ltd is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2020.

The board will also consider proposal for raising funds through issue of equity shares / convertible bonds / debentures / any other securities, through permissible modes including but not limited to a qualified institutions placement, preferential allotment, rights issue, further public offer, etc., subject to such approvals, as may be required under applicable laws.
