BASF India Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of BASF India Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. 22nd May, 2020 have recommended a dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share i.e. 30% for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if approved, by the Shareholders will be payable on or after 11th August, 2020.

Shares of BASF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1044.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1013.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3864 in over 725 trades.
