Aurobindo completes the acquisition of Marketed Portfolio from Spectrum Pharmaceuticals

Aurobindo Pharma Ltd had earlier announced about the entering into a definitive agreement to acquire seven marketed oncology injectable products, intellectual property and commercial infrastructure from Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Inc., (NASDAQ:SPPI), a US based global branded oncology company by Acrotech Biopharma L.L.C., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma USA Inc., USA, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
The aforesaid acquisition has been completed on March 1, 2019.

Shares of AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.723.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 712.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 115469 in over 1548 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 727.55 and intraday low of 714.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 83178639.
