Gail India Ltd approves appointment of Independent Directors

Dr. Anup K Pujari, Shri Dinkar Prakash Srivastava and Smt. Anupama Jaiswal, have been appointed as non-official part-time (Independent) Directors on the Board of Gail (India) Ltd by Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India vide letter dated January 31, 2017.

Shares of GAIL (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.477.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 476.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 152216 in over 3991 trades.
