Steel Strips & Tubes drops scheme of amalgamation

Steel Strips & Tubes Ltd has announced that the Board of Director of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, has dropped the scheme of amalgamation of the Company with SAB Industries Ltd and approved a fresh scheme of amalgamation of Company with SAB Industries Ltd. As per proposed scheme of amalgamation, the transfer date is April 01, 2007.
