Nandan Denim Ltd to raise Rs. 500 crores

The Board of Directors of Nandan Denim Ltd at its meeting held on August 08, 2014, has considered and approved the increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company from the present Rs. 50.00 crores to Rs. 100.00 crores.

The Board approved raising of fresh capital through various resource raising options including but not limited to Rights Issue, QIP, ADR, GDR, FCCB for a total amount not exceeding Rs. 500.00 crores.

Shares of Nandan Denim Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.44.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 46.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 175050 in over 881 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 46.8 and intraday low of 44.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8039597.
