Capital First Ltd announces allotment of Non Convertible Debentures

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd vide Resolution passed by Circulation on July 19, 2016, approved the allotment of Rated, Listed, Secured, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs").

The Company has raised Rs. 170,20,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Seventy Crores Twenty Lacs only) by issue of NCD's on private placement basis.

The Debenture Committee vide Resolution passed by Circulation on July 19, 2016 has approved allotment of 1,702 NCDs having Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/-(Rupees Ten Lacs Only) each.

The said NCDs shall be listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.668.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 619.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 179461 in over 6724 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 677 and intraday low of 625. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 117492521.
