Equitas Holdings Ltd Grants 838500 Options

The Nomination, Remuneration & Governance Committee of Equitas Holdings Ltd has on July 05, 2016 approved grant of 8,38,500 options of the face value of Rs 10/- each at Rs. 184/- (Rupees One hundred and eighty four only) to 13 eligible employees (Management Committee Members) under Equitas Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2015.

Of the total grant, 50% shall vest automatically to employees in service. The vesting of the balance 50% shall be based on the performance rating of the employee for the immediately preceding financial year.

The vesting would be in the proportion of 30%:30%:20%:20% from July 01, 2017 to July 01, 2020.

50% of the grants would vest automatically while the balance would be linked to performance rating.

The vested options need to be exercised within a period of three years from the respective dates of their vesting failing which, they shall lapse forthwith.

Shares of Equitas Holdings Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.187.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs.189. The total number of shares traded during the day was 604572 and the deliverable quantity was 171935 shares.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.193.50 and intraday low of Rs.186.25.
