Indusind Bank Ltd allots 8850 shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 8,850 (Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on July 8, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
