Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd allots 16334273 Bonus Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on July 16, 2016, has approved allotment of 16334273 as Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each to the Shareholders of the Company who held Equity Shares as on the Record Date viz. July 15, 2016 in the ratio of 1:2 [One (1) Equity Share for every Two (2) Equity Shares held).

Consequently, with effect from July 16, 2016, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 49,00,28,190/- divided into 49002819 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
