The Suryaa has appointed much celebrated Chef Sanjay Bahl as the Director F&B. Chef Sanjay Bahl has a fine taste for continental, International and Mediterranean cuisine and has a flair for syncing classical favourites with the latest global trends. Chef Bahl has also played a crucial role behind the launch of the popular restaurant, Patiala, a fine dine Indian restaurant in Dubai. It has been voted to rank among top 4 restaurants by readers of a popular gourmet restaurant.
Chef Bahl will be responsible for designing and picking the international culinary classics, coupling taste enhancing drinks with meals to the superiority of service, he is aiming to make the dining experience of their guests a memorable one in each of The Suryaa's restaurants.
Chef Bahl has organized prestigious wine dinners and won silver medal in Food Showcase event in Bangalore. He also worked as Chef Indian Cuisine aboard Queen Elizabeth-II as a part of world cruise. He has conducted numerous food fairs and events including Italian and Hungarian food promotions. Most recently, he had the honour of catering to the President of India.
