Commencing nationwide on November 24 is the Aakash National Talent Hunt Exam (ANTHE) 2013. This is their fourth consecutive effort to facilitate the most deserving students to achieve their goal of becoming a Doctor or an Engineer. Thousands of students from Std 10th will toil hard for this once in a lifetime opportunity of getting coached by Aakash Institute. The qualifying students shall be awarded up to 100% scholarship for a two year classroom coaching and free hostel facility (lodging & boarding) as per defined eligibility criteria at Aakash Institute | Aakash IIT-JEE.
The exams will be held in two stages at centres spread across the nation. The first stage will be a written test on November 24 where 6000 students shall be selected for stage-II. This selection will be based on the results of stage-I. These 6000 students will then sit for Stage - II written test on December 15 2013. In conclusion, 800 lucky students shall win the 100% scholarship awarded by Aakash Institute. The number of students enrolled in ANTHE 2012 last year was 87,442.
The countrywide talent hunt exam shall be conducted in almost hundred and twenty two centers across twenty one states in the country. It covers all the zones- North, South, East and West with all the major states and union territories of India. In alphabetical order, the names of states include Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Utter Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal.
The total number of seats shall be divided between the qualifying IIT-JEE and Medical aspirants.
