Ruchi Soya board to consider stock split

Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 14, 2007, inter alia, to consider, the split of Equity Shares of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.398.90, up by Rs.7.50 or 1.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.423.70 and low of Rs.398. The total traded quantity was 110506 compared to 2 week average of 171129.
