Triton Corp approves acquisition of West Talk Corporate Ltd and New Beginnings Finance Ltd

Triton Corp Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2007, has considered & approved the investment in M/s West Talk Corporate Ltd and M/s New Beginnings Finance Ltd based on London U.K. by way of purchase of their 100% and 80% equity capital from their existing shareholders respectively.

The stock was trading at Rs.28.20, down by Rs.1.45 or 4.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.30.65 and low of Rs.28.20. The total traded quantity was 11060 compared to 2 week average of 33014.
