NESCO Board to recommend dividend

NESCO Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2007, to transact following business:

1. For considering and approving Annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend, if any.

3. To decide about book closure date.

4. To fix date of Annual General Meeting and approve draft notice of AGM.

5. To adopt Director and Corporate Governance Reports.
