Gabriel India to treat interim dividend as final dividend

Gabriel India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

- The Company had declared a total of 70% by way of Interim Dividend. The Board of Directors has not recommended any further dividend ant therefore the total dividend for the year is 70% (Previous Year 70%).
