Sahil Financial to acquire 8 lacs shares of Brand Realty Pvt Ltd

Sahil Financial Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2007, is proposing to acquire 8 lacs Shares of Brand Realty Pvt Ltd at par which are presently held by other promoters of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company at present holds 7 lacs shares in Brand Realty Pvt Ltd and after the proposed acquisition Brand Realty Pvt Ltd will become the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
