Mukand Board recommends Rs.1 dividend

Mukand Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Re 1/- per share for the year 2006-07 subject to the approval of shareholders.
