DPS Sushant Lok organized Workshop on Cervical Cancer for teachers

Delhi Public School, Sushant Lok organized a workshop for the teachers on Cervical Cancer. The workshop was conducted by Dr. Dinesh Gupta, Director of CureHealth Diagnostics.

Teachers are the foundation upon which the edifice of the school rests. A strong foundation is able to withstand the pressures of a great superstructure. Based on this premise DPS Sushant Lok organized workshops to empower teachers and ensure their well being. The resource person, Dr. Dinesh Gupta, Lab Director, HPV and Social Onco-Prevention Cure Health Diagnostic (Laboratries) India, sensitized the staff members regarding the problem prevalent in today's times.

It was an eye opener as it gave an insight of the 'silent symptoms' of cervical cancer. The idea behind conducting the workshop was to apprise the staff with the benefits of early detection and preventive measures. The workshop was indeed very informative and ensured empowerment of women by promoting awareness about true wellness for women.

Dr. Ruchi Seth, Principal of DPS Sushant Lok says, "We planned to organize workshop in order to keep our staff safe, secure and educated about the diseases that can attack us anytime. Cervical Cancer is prominently found in women and it is important that proper diagnostic measures are undertaken well in advance in order to stay protected. The workshop was conducted in order to create more awareness among the teachers.'

Dr. Dinesh Gupta, Director CureHealth Diagnostics says, "The workshop went really well as all the teachers and other staff members took interest. The interactive session proved to be the best as it cleared the doubts of many."
