Bharat Forge Board recommends 175% dividend

Bharat Forge Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs 3.50 per Equity Share (175%), subject to approval of shareholders.

The stock closed the day at Rs.340.40, up by Rs.4.55 or 1.35%. The total traded quantity was 511413 compared to 2 week average of 137623. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.344.50 and low of Rs.335.
