Vertex Spinning Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To recommend Dividend, if any for the financial year 2006-2007.

2. Appointment of Merchant Banker for Forth coming Public / Right Issue for Dhule Project.

3. Appointment of Registrar & Transfer agent for Forth coming Public / Right Issue for Dhule Project.
