Shyam Star Board to consider dividend

Shyam Star Gems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2007, for approving & considering unaudited financial result for the quarter ended March 31, 2007, as well as audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007. The Board will also consider & discuss about the dividend if any for the year ended March 31, 2007.
