Zynga Director of Engineering joins Valyoo Technologies as CTO

Valyoo Technologies, India's leading online retailer for luxury fashion accessories with niche, vertical-specific portals - lenskart.com, watchkart.com, bagskart.com and jewelskart.com, has appointed Mr. Manoj Sharma as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Manoj has proved his mettle as an exceptional leader in the engineering and IT team building space. He brings over 12 years of software experience to his new role at Valyoo Technologies, from working with large scale international service providers like Zynga and MySpace.

Manoj has headed the engineering for US based gaming giant Zynga at its game Studio in Bangalore. He has also led architect driven technology innovation, created off site delivery center strategies and execution including India offsite strategy besides mobile development. He has led India Development Center and brought innovation and reduced time to market for MySpace delivering Engineering and QA for MySpace website and MySpace Mobile. He has also built high performance Engineering teams including the mobile engineering group at MySpace, bringing MySpace experience on multiple mobile platforms covering Wap, native apps, on Iphone, Android, Blackberry, Palm and many more.

A graduate in electrical engineering from MITS Gwalior, Manoj completed his M.Tech from REC Kurukshetra. He has developed a profound understanding of scalability, software and agile project management, strategy, agile methodologies, scrum and .NET. He is known to blend his technical prowess with an enduring dedication towards driving an organization's software growth even when it comes to complex projects. He has also proved to be a valuable asset when it comes to achieving quality deliverables to incur good business results.
