Spanco Telesystems Board recommends 18% dividend

Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 30, 2006 has recommended payment of Dividend for the Financial Year 2005-06 at the rate of 18% on reduced equity capital.
