Omnitech Engineering Secures $201M Annual 5-Year Contract with Weatherford

Omnitech Engineering Limited has entered a Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) with Weatherford Products GmbH, establishing a 5-year framework for product supply commencing March 11, 2026.

Contract Highlights

The international agreement carries an approximate annual value of USD 2,01,04,120 plus GST (around INR 184 crore), totaling nearly INR 920 crore over five years subject to terms. This long-term commitment reinforces Omnitech's position serving global energy, automation, and industrial equipment sectors from its Rajkot, Gujarat facilities (CIN: U26100GJ2021PLC124801).

Strategic Importance

Weatherford, a leading oilfield services provider, strengthens Omnitech's export revenue streams alongside its precision machining expertise for safety-critical components. CS Bhoomi Manharbhai Vadhavana (M No. ACS-54468) disclosed details under Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circulars dated July 13, 2023, and November 11, 2024, to BSE (Scrip Code: 544720) and NSE (Symbol: OMNI).
