Venmax Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Limited's Board approved the redesignation of Mr. Venkata Rao Sadhanala (DIN: 02906370) from Whole Time Director to Managing Director, effective March 11, 2026, for a 5-year term until March 10, 2031.

Appointment Terms

The appointment carries annual remuneration of Rs 30 lakhs including perquisites, subject to shareholder approval at the next General Meeting.
