Central Bank of India has entered into Co-Lending Partnership with M/s. IIFL Finance Limited to offer Loans at competitive rates, subject to compliance with the applicable law(s) including the revised Co-Lending Arrangements (CLA) guidelines dated 28.11.2025 issued by Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The participation by both the entities in this Co-Lending arrangement will result in greater expansion of portfolio by Central Bank of India and M/s. IIFL Finance Limited.
M/s. IIFL Finance Limited is a retail-focused non-banking financial company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. The NBFC is a leading player in the gold loan business across India. The Mumbai headquartered IIFL Finance Ltd. has a wide network of 4,761 branches and a wide customer base, mostly from the underserved segments. As on December 31, 2025, IIFL Finance Limited reported assets under management (AUM) of Rs.49,027.00 crores.
Under the arrangement, M/s. IIFL Finance Limited will originate loan proposals, which will be processed by both lenders as per jointly formulated credit parameters and eligibility criteria. The borrower will benefit from the blended interest rate charged. M/s. IIFL Finance Limited will service the loan account throughout the life cycle of the loan. The Co-Lending arrangement is expected to help both the entities and the end borrower and will also help to expand customer outreach across India.
