Vishnu Sugar Mills Board recommends 40% dividend

Vishnu Sugar Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2006, inter alia, has also recommended a dividend of 40% (Rs 40/- per equity shares of Rs 100/- each) for the financial year 2005-06.
