Spectrum Foods Limited - Construction Progress Update for Samskara Pushkar 5-Star Resort Project

Spectrum Foods Limited has provided an update on the construction progress of its upcoming Samskara Pushkar 5-Star Resort Project.

The project is in its final stages of completion. Civil construction has been completed. Interior finishing, installation and commissioning of building systems, furniture installation and landscaping are nearing completion. The Company expects the resort to commence operations in the coming months, subject to completion of the remaining works and receipt of the requisite statutory approvals.

A prestigious Rising Rajasthan MoU Project, Samskara Pushkar will be the largest hotel in Pushkar and Ajmer upon opening, with 177 rooms and significant land reserves for future expansion. The Company also expects to host its first wedding events during the upcoming 2026 winter wedding season.

Shares of SPECTRUM FOODS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 16.24 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 15.88. The total number of shares traded during the day was 27356 in over 47 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 16.49 and intraday low of 15.09. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 422143.00.
