Hotel Leelaventure executes Joint Development Agreement with Prestige Estates

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has executed a Joint Development Agreement with Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, a reputed builder in Bangalore, for monetisation of surplus land owned by the Company adjacent to its hotel in Bangalore through premium residential apartments.

The Company's share of saleable area would be about 1,20,000 Sq. Ft.

The Hotel Leelaventure stock was trading at Rs.46.95, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.48.10 and low of Rs.46.20.

The total traded quantity was 1.69 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.03 lakhs.
