Amanta Healthcare Ltd enters into agreement with Zodiac Energy Ltd

Amanta Healthcare Ltd has entered into an agreement on December 30, 2025 with Zodiac Energy Limited, having its office at 5 Upper Ground Floor, Milestone Building, Nr. Drive-In Cinema, Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380054, for installation of 10.8 KWp Solar Power Plant at Village - Baroda, Ta- Matar, District - Kheda, to generate the electricity for its Captive Consumption.

On occurrence of event i.e. successful commissioning of said Solar Power Plant, the detailed information shall be disclosed accordingly.

Shares of Zodiac Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 294.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 292.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 666 in over 46 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 295.90 and intraday low of 290.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 195078.00.
