Schrader Duncan Board declares interim dividend

Schrader Duncan Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2007, inter alia, has declared a one time special interim dividend for the financial year 2006-07 @ 175% (Rs 17.50 per share).
