Emerald Finance Limited along with its material subsidiary Eclat Net Advisors Private Limited, under its syndication business, has disbursed Gold Loans aggregating to ₹40.00 Crores (Rupees Forty Crores only) during the month of August 2025.

The aforesaid activity forms part of the ordinary course of business of the company and its subsidiary and is being disclosed in the interest of transparency and for the information of stakeholders.
