Malpani Pipes & Fittings Ltd enters into Distributorship Agreement with Yongkang Gaocheng Imp. & Exp. Co. Ltd

As part of the Company's growth strategy and in order to expand its business, Malpani Pipes & Fittings Limited has entered into Sole Distributorship Agreement with Yongkang Gaocheng Imp. & Exp. Co. Ltd through which our Company is appointed as SOLE DISTRIBUTOR of Yongkang Gaocheng Imp. & Exp. Co. Ltd for its core product BST Brand and Gaocheng Pro Brand and other associated brand product for the territory of INDIA.

Through this partnership, Malpani will bring to India a wide range of globally respected products under the BST (value segment) and Gaocheng Pro (premium segment) brands. These include Agricultural Equipment, Power Tools, Garden and Plantation Machinery, and Construction & Demolition Tools.

This collaboration is structured as a Sole Distributorship Agreement covering the Indian market. Importantly, it is not a diversification into unrelated businesses but a strategic cross-selling initiative, adding value to Malpani's existing product portfolio. The company will leverage its well-established dealer and distributor network, which already services pipes and fittings across India, to seamlessly introduce this expanded product basket.
