Gangotri Iron Board to declare interim dividend

Gangotri Iron & Steel Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 and for consideration & declaration of 1st interim dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
