Praxis Home Retail Limited allots 4,95,80,000 Rights Equity Shares

Pursuant to the Basis of Allotment finalized in consultation with BSE Limited (Designated Stock Exchange), the Lead Managers to the Issue and the Registrar to the Issue, the Committee of Directors of the Board of the Company has, at its meeting held on today, i.e. Tuesday, August 26, 2025, approved the allotment of 4,95,80,000 Rights Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 5/- each at a price of ₹ 10/- per Rights Equity Share including a share premium of ₹ 5/- per Rights Equity Share.
