Nutricircle Ltd enters into Distribution Agreement with Barentz Distribution India Pvt Ltd

Nutricircle Limited has entered into Distribution Agreement with Barentz Distribution India Private Limited on 25th August, 2025 for the purpose of distributor of life science ingredients.

During the term of the Agreement, Principal shall accept all purchase orders of Barentz within one hundred and fifteen percent (115%) of such estimated annual volume requirement, and Principal shall use its best efforts to accept purchase orders in excess of one hundred and fifteen percent (115%) of the estimated annual volume, provided that the purchase orders are in accordance with the agreed lead-times.

This Agreement shall remain in place for an initial term of five (5) years as of the effective Date and shall be automatically renewed for additional one (1) year periods, unless written notification of termination is given by a Party at least six (6) calendar months prior to the expiration of the initial term or any extension thereof.
