Ashiana Housing Ltd acquires 22.71 acres on perpetual lease basis at Mahindra World City, Chennai

Ashiana Housing Ltd has acquired a piece of land admeasuring 22.71 acres on perpetual lease basis from Mahindra World City Developers Ltd., a material subsidiary of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. within the complex of Mahindra World City at Chennai (Tamil Nadu). This land is adjacent to our existing Senior Living project namely "Ashiana Vatsalya" and has saleable area of 15 lakhs sq. ft. (approx.) with sales potential of INR 1,200 crores (approx.). Plans are to develop a senior living project (Villas and Apartments) on this land.

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 310.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 312.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2285 in over 109 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 313.65 and intraday low of 307.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 711140.00.
