Jagran Prakashan Board to consider interim dividend

Jagran Prakashan Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:

1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.

2. To consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
