TT Board to consider interim dividend

TT Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. Consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2006.

2. Consideration for payment of Interim Dividend.
