Suprajit Engineering Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2007, to take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2006 and also to consider the proposal of Interim Dividend for the year 2006-07.
