Rei Agro Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2007, inter alia, to discuss the following:

1. To consider and take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 2006.

2. To consider declaration of Interim Dividend.
