Kamat Hotels to invest in Concept Hospitality Ltd

Kamat Hotels India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 20, 2007, inter alia, has approved the proposal to invest not less than 51% in the Equity Share Capital of Concept Hospitality Ltd and thereby making it subsidiary subject to necessary approval.
